I presently work with the Laboratory for Biocomputing and Informatics at Boston University. I am investigating the use of short-read alignment software for next-generation DNA sequencing and developing a system for web-based storage and analysis of microarray data.

About This Site
This site is based on a content management system (CMS) that I independently developed using PHP and MySQL. The system arose from my own needs to have the process of uploading and structurally presenting image portfolios and the associated text as easy as possible, while still allowing for more advanced functionality such as color matching for the web and the ability to stack select images together.
Although the CMS is fully functional, the PHP code is presently in a proof-of-concept state and is distributed only on a per-individual basis. If a number of people express interest in such system, I will consider rewriting parts of the code and releasing it under an open-source license.
